Partnership Wireless - Service Policy

If you have problems with your service we will send a technician out to diagnose the problem. If the problem is found to be in the radio, antenna or radio/antenna cabling, and is not a related to damage from weather, mis-use, theft, vandalism or act of God, Partnership Wireless will correct it at no cost to you.

If the problem is not related to our equipment our standard service call rates will apply (currently $45). If the problem is related to damage from weather, mis-use, theft, vandalism or act of God, the customers is responsible for the cost of replacing the equipment (Generally $349 for hardware plus $65 for replacement).

Partnership Wireless is not responsible for correcting problems with PCs, Routers, Switches, Hubs, Network Cards, Network Wiring.
